1. Accepted Payment Methods

EkoSail accepts major debit and credit cards, UPI, and net banking for all ferry bookings made through our website. All prices displayed at checkout are shown in advance, including applicable taxes and service fees.

2. Fare Breakdown

• Subtotal — base fare per passenger, based on the selected cabin class.
• Taxes — government taxes applied at a standard rate of 12% on the subtotal.
• Service Fee — a small per-passenger fee that covers booking and payment processing.

3. When You Are Charged

Payment is collected in full at the time of booking, before your e-ticket is issued. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. EkoSail does not store your full card number or CVV on its own servers.

5. Failed or Incomplete Payments

If a payment fails or is not completed, no booking is created and no amount is charged. If you believe you were charged for a booking that does not appear in your Account Dashboard, please contact our support team with your payment reference.

6. Currency

All fares on this demo site are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) for illustrative purposes.
